Website Building / Designing - Photo / Video website with social aspect

Hello all, I am looking for someone who is able to build a similar website like [login to view URL] for me. Please first of all take a look at [login to view URL] and check if you are able to build something like this. My website should have the following: User profiles: Every visitor should have the possibilty to register as a user. There should be 4 user groups: Model - Photographer / Agency - Make-up Artist / User Based on the different user types there should be different permissions for example a model can upload her pictures / videos whereas a "User" can only comment or rate pictures. Photos: Every model, make/up artist or photographer should have the possibilty to upload their portfolio, create different albums etc. The photos should appear on the main page in random order, just like on [login to view URL] and once clicked on, should re-direct to the models portfolio. Video: Each model, make-up artist or photographer / agency should be able to upload videos of their work Rating: All videos and photos should have a rating system Comments: All videos and photos should have a comment system Profiles: Each registered user creates a profile with information about themselves. A bit like social media where they can indicate the country, the city, a link to their website, etc. Messages: There should be a message system with which all users can contact each other Forum: There should be a forum which all registered users can access and use Ads: A very important part. Ideally, i would like the portfolios to be set up in a gallery that when a user clicks "next photo", the new photo should also load new advertising next to it i.e. page reload instead of just simply sliding to the next picture Backend: The backend needs to be set up as a CMS which would allow me to administrate the website, approve new users, approve new photos and videos, check "reported users", ban users and IP's etc. Again, please take a look at [login to view URL] and let me know if you can build something like this. Also, the website itself should have different language options. In total there will be a 15 different available languages but they will be added one by one later. The initial website should be in English. Ideally I am looking for someone based in Poland or Ukraine. Also, i would like to work with someone who would be able to work on this website on an ad-hoc bases in case any maintenance needs to be done i.e. set up a maintenance agreement.
