We are a real estate agency on the French Riviera. We are looking for a designer to create the template of our newsletter.
I enclose a mockup of what we want. Of course you can propose changes if you think there are necessary.
The newsletter will be sent to Russian and French people. So one of the difficulty is to manage both language on the same newsletter. So you have to find a clever way to display titles and texts in Russian and in French in the same newsletter but keep it easily readable.
Regarding the style, first you must have a look at our website www.frantsia.ru. The website and the newsletter style shouldn’t be too different. We want something simple and minimalist. Some examples of what we like:

The ideal width would be 620 pixels.
The template will be provided preferably in HTML. PSD will be accepted but the price must be lower since we will have to pay someone to convert the PSD in HTML.
The bid must include support of the template until the first newsletter is finalized and sent.
If we are really satisfied of the result, we may continue our collaboration on the website design.
