Need a well versed person who can build a windows based system app for a hospital. The app should be able to register a new patient, assign a doctor, capture doctor records, including Lab tests and has to be linked to inventory where by on registering drugs to patients, the pharmacy stock automatically adjusts and should also have a bar-code scanner for drugs just like Supermarket systems do on sales. Same app should be able to store patient's data on return for review and followup of the doctor. Most preferable form of storage should be cloud based and the app will be used by majorly: Receptionist, Doctor, Lab Technician, and Pharmacist.
