Build a Ponzi Website

I want to create a website similar to ultimate cycler - [login to view URL] I need someone who can deliver at most in two weeks. There will be some differences. No referrals: Users that sign into the website do not need to refer other users to earn. The system will automatically match them with new users coming into the system. It is a forced matrix system. 4x1 matrix: A user that signs into the system is paired with someone to pay ₦10000. After he has made the payment and the payment is confirmed by the one he paid, the system now matches him with 4 other people who will pay him ₦10000(₦40000). Once he receives that money (₦40000) he can now cycle back to pay another person in the system ₦10000 to get another (₦40000) and the cycle goes on and on like that. This matching system should be able to run automatically. It should have a robust admin back end where we can assign who is being paid,monitor users, block them and delete them. At the back end we should be able to assign how often users will be matched with other users to pay us. We should be able to confirm the payment so that these users can recieve (₦40000) from other users. This is a simple 4x1 forced matrix system with a BUSINESS LOOKING AND YET responsive web design. I need this system to be built in two weeks. I do not need anybody to waste our time. Please only serious professionals, who know what to do should contact me. If you succeed in this system I have 5 other systems to build and you will be our program person. The developer will be expected to be retained for ongoing maintenance/tweak/modification/site upgrade purposes. you (the developer) will be expected to join up and have a look at the user interface and improve on it with the modifications/tweaks we will provide. WEB DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS Should be able to speak English very fluently Develop and manage and maintain website on a regular basis. Perform scheduled weekly updates and maintenance on Website. Troubleshoot and debug defects and issues with web and mobile sites and code. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities. Strong Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 / PHP / SQL / SASS Strong Knowledge of at least two from WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, OpenCart etc). should have previous experience building similar sites Developer should have already created templates and scripts that can be adapted for the purpose of this site. this will indicate the suitability of the developer.
