Build a small Web Application

Hello Freelancers, I need a small web application. Project Details... Read it first then bid, Otherwise I report you. I need another web-based application created. The application has three roles: 1) collect information on companies, 2) collect information on available jobs/roles at the company, and 3) track applications to these jobs. The SQL database will most likely need at least four tables. 1) Business table, 2) Role table, 3) User table, and 4) an Application table. There may be more than one job that a user will apply for at a company, so they will have different information to put into the fields for each role. The web application has several components. A login page that will take the user to their dashboard. A dashboard showing all of the companies, their available jobs, the company fit %, the role % fit, a link to the company canvas, a link to the career canvas, a link to the application. The dashboard should have the username and picture in the upper right. In the upper left the ability to logout. Buttons above the listing of entered information for entering a new company or entering a new career should be present. From the Dashboard, clicking on the “new company” button takes the user to a page to enter in the information in the Business Model Canvas (BMC) format. Entering in the information should take the user in the numbered pattern on the BMC. The user should be able to enter multiple fields in a section. In the attached sample, the user would enter “Analysis of large amounts of data is hard”, hit the tab button, and the user would be offered the opportunity to enter a second Problem, and so on. The maximum number of entries per section should be six. At the bottom right hand corner should be two buttons, “submit, add career” and “submit.” If the user clicks on “submit”, they should be taken back to the dashboard. If the user clicks on “submit, add career”, they should be taken to the page to add a career. The Career Canvas page should already have the company filled in and offer the user the opportunity to fill in the rest of the information in the career canvas going left to right, top to bottom. In the bottom right hand corner should be two buttons, a “Submit” button taking the user back to the Dashboard and “Submit, enter application information” which should let the user enter the information regarding their application status. From the Dashboard, if the user clicks on the “New Career” button, they should be taken to a Career Canvas page. The first thing they should have to do is select a company from a drop down menu. The first entry in the drop down menu should be “New Company” with the rest of the drop down menu populated with the companies previously entered at the current session or prior sessions. If the user selects “New Company”, they should be taken to the BMC entry page, when they complete the information (they don’t have to fill in every blank, but they MUST fill in the company name), they should click on “Submit, return to add career page” button and be taken back to add the career at the Career Canvas page with the company already filled in (no need for a drop down menu). At the bottom right hand corner of the Career Canvas page should be a “Submit” button, taking the user to the Dashboard. From the Dashboard, clicking on the “view BMC” icon will take the user to the BMC for that company. It should be editable, so that the user can update the information. There should be buttons in the bottom right hand corners to “add a new career” and to “view careers” associated with the company (a drop down menu?) From the Dashboard, the user can click “view CC” and be taken to the Career Canvas for that career. And be able to update information.
