I need a professional web designer to build a peer-to-peer donation website like [login to view URL] or MMM within 7 days. It must be up and running within 7 days. If you cannot meet up with the date, please do not bid. FEATURES: 1. Manual matching... Admin will be able to match members manually via the Admin Area. 2. Newly registered members must provide help/donate within 24 hours once they are matched to pay another person or the system will delete them automatically. Once someone registers, there will be a timer counting down on his/her dashboard and once the timer gets to zero, system will delete the person and admin will match another person to pay the affected member. 3. Admin can search for members on his dashboard using a search function. He can search for members by username, email, phone number or full name. 4. Admin can block, delete, freeze, unfreeze accounts. 5. Admin can publish or delete rules via the admin panel. 6. Admin can change the content on the website, update the pages, change or add packages. 7. Members will upload proof of payment(POP) after payment. 8. There currency should be Naira (Nigerian currency) 9. During registration, members will have to provide email, phone number, username and password, select their banks(from drop-down menu), input account number and account name, then select their preferred package before they can submit the form. 10.
