Complete and design a Multimedia Portfolio Website

Hey Freelancers, Nearly two years ago I hired a freelancer to design me a portfolio website but he left itand now I need someone else to either continue from what he started which can be complicated (although I do have the entire folder) or just build me a new one from scratch with his style of home page, or something better. [login to view URL] I need a portfolio to stand out from the rest but it's not as easy as you think because I have many skills including Animation, 3D Modeling, Video Editing, Game design and possibly even photography which I can include which I need to organize effectively in a portfolio that captures the employers attention, mind and heart. I want someone who is creative, dedicated, talented and confident with their abilities to build me something that would stand out and something that I can improve over the years. My provisional budget is 350 pounds but I will pay more if pleased with the work and honestly once my portfolio is complete I will always be looking to improve it and add more work which the designer Home Page This will be an introduction page. When you scroll down more information about myself will be revealed in animated forms or pop ups including my skill levels, traits, hobbies, etc so it will also act as my profile and about page in the link I gave above, all in one page. I think it would be better to put all my skills, the tools I use, levels of experience in each software, etc in one page or the home page as opposed to having separate pages But if you have your own ideas let me know This page will include: * Animated images of social media tools like the balloons looping up and down in smooth transition As seen here [login to view URL] * Colorful background and or appropriate background as provided in the link above * Motion parallax - so when you scroll down different images, quotes or stuff pop up. Portfolio Page This is the tricky part because I just don't really know how to organize the work I have as I have so many stuff including 3d models, pictures, YouTube videos and so on so I need someone to design and plan something really good which won't confuse the employers Maybe it's best to somehow divide the Portfolio page into different sections which include Animation 3D Modeling Post Production Level Design Graphic Design Maybe a different theme, color scheme, background, etc for each section or page but then again that may confuse people so I just don't know, I need ideas guys :( For the 3D models I would like the user to have the choice to rotate and manipulate the 3d objects [login to view URL] The above is an example, I can give you the embedded codes from my sketch-fab but if there is another way without pressing the play button that would be great Most of the assets which some I designed are ready to send to you including the pop ups, social media buttons, my skill buttons, etc I want although if you can do some of them yourself or the missing ones that would be great. Or I can design them as well I don't mind. Sorry if the proposal is confusing I think it would be best to work on this project bit by bit, area by area starting with the home page I need a freelancer who is very good and efficient with communication on the internet, ideally email, Skype messaging, etc someone who replies quickly and reliable. I'm not really a fan of speaking on the phone but if I have to ring or speak I would. I need a creative web designer good in both back and front end who will be focused and dedicated with the work I give. Deadline should be within a month but if this requires more time please let me know If any of you have any suggestions please feel free to share I will pick the freelancer who i feel is creative and talented.
