Ok, so what i need is to get this complete form system: The webiste where i found the form is [login to view URL], if you klick on one of the icons you are reffered to a form in a lightbox that guides you through several questions until it is transmitted to the owner in the end. I need this complete form-system extracted (with the icons) and make some changements afterwards. SO that we have only the icons in the end where i can click on and than be refered to the correct form for this item. Hello, for a project i need you to copy some forms i have seen on another website. There will just be some small function changements from the original form i will show you. You need to edit the design in the end so it fits to my website's design. I will give you inspiration by images. Step 1: Copy all forms from other website Step 2: Make some changements in function and design Step 3: Make form working and responsive so the input is send to me Step 4: Integrate it in my website and make it work for me Please make sure you are proffessional and we can have a long term cooperation together for future updates on that form.
