Create Custom, Female-Oriented T-Shirt Designs for Sororities and Young Women. 18-22 Years Old Age Group.

We are a sorority apparel company looking for an experienced graphic designer with a background in graphic designing / marketing for apparel companies OR an individual that has worked closely in the creative space for a female oriented audience. Our target demographic are sorority girls and young women in College, between the age of 18-22 Years of Age. All our designs must be approved and compliant with the regulations and guidelines of our sorority licensors. Requirements: -You MUST be well informed with what trends occurring in the clothing and popular culture sector of females around the age of 18-22, specifically in college. -Have prior experience working with an apparel company, either an employee or freelancer graphic designer. -Easy to contact throughout the day. -Can revisit and re-edit designs within a day (or sooner) We are looking for someone who: -Has the experience, eye, and capability to create 100% original designs that are trendy, unique, and tailored specifically towards sororities. This is our #1 priority and what the focus of our design requirements are based around. -Has the capability to create cute, fun, and bright banners, infographics and content that can be used for our website, social mediums, and email campaigns. -After viewing the examples we've sent you, having the ability and creative eye to create designs without our direction or instructions. Completely unique and 100% authentic to your taste and design style. -Has the capacity to create 20+ unique, 100% authentic designs a week, including banners, infographics, etc. This will be an ongoing opportunity for the right candidate.
