Create design or screen-page for a mobile app(non-functional skeleton)-ios and android

Task: Create design (what pages should be done) 1) Main home page of app, modify sidebar menu, bottom menu, profile page 2) Property system (property home page, post page, listing page, detail display page, search, my property) 3) Directory System: posting page, search , business listing page, personal profile listing 4) Events: post page, search, display, ticketing page, listing page 5) Notice or message wall Like Facebook wall (status-text, video, photo) ---Posting screen –like and comment box 6) News post and aggregation News display like RSS (tab for different sources), listing, news display page All section will have a post, list, display, search pages. The listing will have pagination. I will provide the fields after we have finalized the deal. Task is not just creating psd but also creating layout file for android and ios in a current project (but do not need any functionality) will be just demo app-design only It must be made from scratch not using any ready-made mockup builder site. But some lightweight design package. For example, material design for android. The idea is once the design is finalized, the developer will just make it functional (through coding) so different pages(screen) must be created. You cannot say do “save as” for this.
