Create / migrate a cpanel skin, from old own x3 design to paper lantern

For this task I search a person who can migrate my own cpanel x3 custom skin to the new cpanel template engine bases on paper lantern. The new skin should nearly look like the old but use the new paper lantern elements and ui. I give u access to one of our development server which holds the old x3 skin with all custom cpanel modules. We expect professional work, delivered in time. No amateurs and persons without cpanel knowledge please.
