Cryptocurrency Exchange Platform

Here are the project requirements.: I am willing to spend more on the right candidate however you MUST meet all of the requirements below. We are going to launch Cryptocurrency and we are looking for programmers that have worked for a successful startup in cryptocurrency exchange & ICO development. -A user will have an account + wallet for each currency. -The user will be able to deposit/ and withdraw Fiat and/or cryptocyrrencies. -Establishing a user account system that allows Users the ability to place buy and sell orders. Initially, It also needs to allow users to register, maintain a balance, deposit and withdraw the following: Fiat money (USD, EUR) Bitcoin (BTC) Ethereum (ETH) Bitcoin cash (BCC/BCH) Ripple (XRP). -I will need the developer who I hire to be able to add every single coin to this exchange. AND ADD THE ABILITY TO ALLOW USERS TO ADD THEIR OWN COINS TO THE EXCHANGE. I want this exchange to offer the ability to one day trade and store every coin on the crypto market. -Integrating this with the Stripe payment processor to support credit card deposits. -Creating a matching engine that looks at the current buy and sell orders and matches orders together and executes the trades. -Establishing wallets within the exchange to actually store each user's Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin cash (BCC/BCH) as well as Ripple (XRP) balances, including a HOT AND COLD wallet system. Also needed: -Matching engine -Risk management system -Accounting/audit system -Wallet management -Payment gateways -KYC (Know Your Customer) + AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions -Two-Factor Authentication for users I need to be able to add any cryptocurrency via the Admin panel I want this exchange to function EXACTLY like the following website [login to view URL] I do not need all 464 coins that [login to view URL] has listed. However, I will need the developer who I hire to be able to add every single coin to this exchange as I want this exchange to offer the ability to one day trade and store every coin on the crypto market. I will need to see examples of previous exchanges that you have built. Even if it is not a live version. I need to see at least one exchange that you have built that allows me to login and see all of the Admin features and User features. (2) Will I get a bulk discount price, if I add more than one at a time? (3) How much cheaper will it be if I only add these coins to start with? Fiat money (USD and EUR), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin cash (BCC/BCH), Ripple (XRP) (4) Will it be cheaper to add all 464 coins now while you build the exchange? (5) How much more will it cost to add all 464 coins now?
