It is a very simple banner design project, i need to have a high resolution version of the attached banner (the design is already completed) the images source is available, i want someone to provide high- resolution image with the specified banner dimension which will be blown up for 16 feet X 3 Feet size i am strict on budget and does not want to go beyond $10. I have Attached Banner Design that needs to be redrawn/designed in High resolution 16 feet X 3 Feet size ( i have all the source images with me)
