Get a Website Built

I would like to get a website made for a startup company. Its a weekly trash day amenities. We basically go-to there house the day before trash day and take out there trash. Than come back the next day to take the trash cans back in. I have attached some websites that are doing something similar but there customers are multi residential houses. We are working with senior homeowners and wealthy entrepreneur I don't necessarily want to just focus towards any specific geographic market. i have attached some files with quotes and different words i brainstormed when building this business to play with along with the other existing websites below. i like there lay out and how its all on one page and just drops down. i like natural colors like grey green blue. I'm a happy person and love life i want the site to show this is a friendly service. this is something new to the market so any extra comfort built from the website is great. we intend to approach insurance companies and senior communities for future contracts as long as well as getting a house one at a time, so this website needs to speak like it can take on a large insurance company as well a single customer. the registration form should be basic for typical customers but when they click seniors or special request expand into a drop down for them to add more details. EG where to place there trash cans? any special time to either take out? there trash cans or bring them in? and any other special request? with boxes at each question to explain. see my attached brainstorming notes with phone number listed and also my logo. it needs to easily transfer to mobile phones as we want focus on easy payment. please ask any questions needed along the way to assure we can get this right.
