Our company is looking for a talented web designer to design a fairly simple site that will be integrated with a system like survey monkey to collect user information. The basic functionality of our website will allow our users to complete a pre-inspection survey that allows them to select their phone model ( using pictures) , select the condition, enter their location, and any additional notes in order to generate an instant buyback quote from us. At this point, if the user is in an area we service, then the website should have the functionality to find the public place(s) nearest to our customer (i.e gas station, coffee shop, etc) for our inspector and customer to meet to complete the transaction. If the user is not in an area we service, then the website should offer the ability to print out a one- day prepaid shipping label through usps and/ or ups with a corresponding price quote. It is essential that we have a way to easily manage and search user data to effectively manage payouts and develop a customer referral program. The web designer should design in a way that allows us to easily manipulate our areas of service as we continue to expand, and also allow us to easily update our phone offer prices to keep up with market conditions. All of this should be done over a smooth, color coordinated, easy to use interface to maximize and simplify the customer experience.
