**THIS IS A REPOST OF THIS POST [url removed, login to view]**
I am currently part of a group developing a personal assistant with personalities, and we want to get our goals out there in the form of staged videos of what we want to achieve following in the footsteps of the /r/battlenetwork series.
We plan to have our major features be:
* Personal assistants that have personality
* A clone of the battle system from the games
* An ARG game within that fits the story of the games
* Caring for digital pets
* Be re-branded to something original after success
* Modifiable and extendable
We're hoping to have a video showcasing some mocks of the above in time for the TeamBN Winter Festival, which is then.
Our deadline is the 16th of December, so as you'd imagine: We don't have much time. The video is currently 1/3 complete, and only started about a week ago, and are urgently in need of someone who could help us push the animation side of things along.
Of course, you will be credited.

I'm looking for an animator or two who can get animations out quickly. It does not need to be extremely high quality, but I just need them done within a day or two per scene (if more people comes on, we can stretch you out).
You need to obviously know how to animate, and be able to use Unity.
We also don't want you to animate externally as it'll cause extra work and I can certainly guarantee it'll be harder for you to work with the timings and rendering (unless you port the entire scene to your said program).
Having film experience and being able to rip, model, texture and rig are also plusses.
You also need to know how to use Git and Github as that is how we are sharing assets and our progress.
My pay offer starts at $20 per scene (of 1-5 shots, and 30 seconds on average), and more depending on the complexity and the quality/speed of the work. Feel free to offer or inquire for what is required.
Prices are in USD.
You will be working in a team of 3 (including yourself).
You won't be paid if the entire team (including myself, the employer) does not complete the job on time. We're all working hard, so if you do nothing or cannot do an intensive and pull the whole team down... Well, you've wasted your time.
Here are our scripts and summary.
At most, we'll be requiring about 90 seconds of animation from the whole group.
Due to budget, we'll be rejecting ALL offers above $150, unless you've already submitted prior to this update.
You only need to do animations. Creating models is optional (but should you do, we'll compensate you for that).
You are going to be working with creatures and humanoids with armatures. As for the types of animation you are working with, you will be doing walk cycles (because characters are moving), lip-syncing and bodily gestures.
Oh, yes - They are all rigged.
Why would we ask you to animate something without any rigs?
If you cannot animate, need not apply. We're looking for ANIMATORS, not 3D MODELLERS.
Also, you are WORKING AS A TEAM. You're not doing this all on your own, and you are expected to communicate with everyone so that tasks are delegated correctly.
If you're treating this as a "I do all, get paid, get out", please need not apply.
FROM THIS UPDATE ON:
If you're a Megaman fan - You're expedited.
If you don't message me first, I'll ignore your offer. Say "Hi" or something.
I'm quite surprised at how many of you don't know how simple animating in Unity is.
All you need is your animation skills.
This short tutorial should explain everything: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrTlFSztcOw
It's dead simple. All you do is pick objects and make them move. Rigging and everything is already done for you.
