Html5 & Javascript - open to bidding

I am building an Education website. It will have some logic tests which I want to build on Adobe Animate CC to have a control over the colors and design even after programed. There will be 125 tests initially. Afterwards we will need more. You will receive designed tests on "Adobe Animate CC" You have to write the code and make results export to a data base. The idea is to make the programing the simplest posible. No drag and drops, No sounds, No rollover effects. just clicks. All tests will have only one correct answer. The result will be either correct or incorrect. I am attaching 2 examples of the tests. These are actual tests. In the Matches example you have to move to matches. The user will have to click on the desired match, it will start blinking and then you will click on the desired destination. In the land example, the user will click in the space between squares and create a red line. Please let me know if you have any questions.
