Logo for International Development Consulting Company

My husband and I recently created a small consulting company and we need to get a few business products designed including: (1) logo, (2) business cards, and (3) letter head. The company is called Milkwood Consulting. We are international development consultants working in the fields of environment, water management, human rights, gender based violence. The "milkwood" is a tree that is indigenous to South Africa, I upload a sample photo of the tree. I am looking for a very clean design, something that is striking, but simple/clean. Not too many different types of fonts. We will require a template for a business card so we can add our names, and any other future staff who may require cards, also a design for a letterhead with both South African and US addresses on it. Interested candidates must share her/his past logo designs and layouts of business cards/letter heads and provide a cost proposal and estimated timeline. (We will also require a website designed based on the logo and branding design, if you are also skilled at web design, you may present your proposal for that as well, else we will create a separate job for that).
