My strong knowledgement in elementor is enough big and have built in small and big projects. Latest project as I have worked is a blog site. Can check on www.herbalista.se. This design is working in all responsive. I am making good and simple dashboard in wordpress for accessing to "database" using ACF and other plugins who matchs good with your option.
