I need an App Designer

Delivery Plan App App description: The App name is (Delivery Plan) and it was developed completely to allow users to deliver food/products/items/homemade things to customers in Jeddah, KSA only. The app allows the users to order a delivery for 3 things; - Personal Order: pick from location and deliver orders to another location - Stores: order from a store like MacDonald’s, Mont-Blank etc. - HomeStores: order from homestores who is listing its product in the app What make this delivery special is they number of available delivery men around the clock. App Design Requirements: - Language: Arabic only - Platforms: IOS & Android only - Design Modifications & Additional Features to app design App Process & Explanations: There are 6 types of users in this App: a)- users already in the app but need modifications + adding some features: > Customer: who will be requesting orders from (Personal Orders + Stores + Home-stores). > Admin: who will be able to edit/delete/add/monitor things in the app and see reports of orders & delivery men. > Delivery Man: who will be delivering the items from the stores/home-stores to the customers. > Homestore Owner: the owner of a home-store who can list his products in the app so the customers can order them. b)- Users need to be developed from scratch: > Reviewer of Delivery Men Requests: this person will be the person who receive all the requests of delivery men who want to be a deliver man in the app. Note, also the admin will have the ability to approve/reject them. Create Username and Password. > Reviewer of Adding Stores or HomeStores Requests: this person will be the person who receive all the requests of stores owners or home stores-owners, those want to add their stores to the app. Also, admin will have the ability to approve/reject them. Also, number of orders from each store (per date). Also, Total all sales (per date) for each store or all stores. This for both stores and homestores. Also, for a delivery man time of pick order and deliver. Number of order for a particular Delivery Man (per date) and from Store or HomeStore or Customer. The date of each order. General Notes: - Design must be an Arabic person / speaker - There might be texts (words/message/captions) to be modified/changed. - Registration/Login should be shifted to be not at the start of the App. Because Apple Store will not accept the app to force the users to register from the beginning of the app. So, a change on the place where users should have registered is required. - Currently the App does not have shopping-Cart (without online payment - only cash on delivery is allowed) but the customer should be able to add to his Cart then checkout at the end of the order and know how much payment should be paid. - Each user type has different dashboard icons/navigations. - Design modifications/additional pages, and old design will be provided (upon final agreement on the quotation). - I need to know how long the full development Duration will take.
