I am looking for a graphic designer to design a psd/mock-up of a website. I need it to be modern, be user friendly and dynamic. I will need both mobile and desktop versions of the PSD's The PSD's design is for my online Real Estate (property listing) Company. It provides landlords a self let property listing portal, so they can list their house or spare room for rental. Please read the full instructions below. The winning bid of this task may be requested to complete further work on this project. Further details i.e example sites will be provided during discussion. Knowledge of HTML and PSD to HTML are required, PHP is an advantage. INSTRUCTIONS This is a website psd design task for an online property listing platform. The website includes individual landlords/company/property managers, property listing option service, services for property lettings, rental, people looking for flatmates, landlords looking foe lodgers, tailored services for landlords i.e marketing their property online for rental, providing additional services such as Professional photography, floor-plans, To Let Sign, EPC and Gas certificate for their property, tenancy agreement etc, tenants services and for independent real estate agents/agency. One of the business aims is to become one of the major property search portals. Our website offers clients the convenience of 24/7 access to manage their account online Properties that are listed on the website will be professionally described and beautifully presented to standout for quick rental. Please, you need to be creative in your design as you maybe be required to design other stuff such as business cards, banners, other printed material, for our website.
