Need a Wholesale E-Commerce Website Created

Hello, I have an import/ export/ wholesale distribution business and need a website to represent my business online. We sell products ranging from consumer electronics to phone accessories. I was not very fond of the Wordpress layout/ design/ backend as I was with Opencart, due to the various features that lacked with Wordpress. My website will primarily be a point of reference for my wholesale clientele that would like to view the products we have along with wholesale prices. Most importantly, I do not want my wholesale prices to be displayed without logging in. If you check [login to view URL] that would be the ideal site I am looking for. One difference I would like to implement is displaying a retail (MSRP) price for the wholesale clientele to use as reference point even though my website will not be retailing. As far as operation of the website, I would like to give my customers the ability to add products to their carts according to the wholesale prices associated with the appropriate quantity and submit the order via their account. A copy of the order will be submitted to us and a copy will be sent to the customer. We will provide a freight quote in an invoice issued from our system and proceed to process the order and take the payment via our processing system internally, not via our website. As far as backend is concerned, I would like to have the authority to approve/disapprove individuals that sign up as wholesale clientele. I would like them to fill out a custom form and possibly submit proof of business. Another important feature is having the ability to have different customer lists to which newsletters/ specials can be sent from the backend. Important features involving front end/ back end: -Tracking Order -Gettting RMA/ Tracking RMA -Show Inventory List to Customers -Setting Up Account Online -Sliding Banner which displays specials/ promo info/ etc. -Front Page which displays our main categories of products -Ability to download specials of the month pdf/ product catalog/ inventory list from the website without logging in -Backend: Customers can login into their accounts and view previous orders/ invoices, tracking info, rma details (Similar layout to [login to view URL]) (Features above are similar to evertek & saharawireless) I hope the above information gives you insight into the website I need created.
