3 seller can choose to post as regular post or as auction.

4 only registered users with credit card info on file or PayPal account on file should be allow or will allow to bid ..

5 no duplication of ads should be allow. at any time..

6 all post should included asis declaration .

7 seller should be able to chose pre made declaration that apply to the item they selling ..

project price $30 $100 if you ever post anything on ebay auction . then you have an idea what my project is about .. i

this idea site ,we need a site where people can list their cars for auction ,other users can bid on the cars for purchase. They can also buy it by clicking on buy now button. users should be able to pay direct with their credit card what ever they buy and won as a bid on this idea site . Users will be able to set the days for auction from 1 to 30 from their log-in panel. builder will build the admin panel for me to manage the different section of the website.

i dont mind a site like this [url removed, login to view] but with difference design as auction site . all items for sales should .include , buy now Burton ,reserve [url removed, login to view] starting biding price!!!! or best offer box.

to pay for item.. they should be able to do so using there credit card direct on this site. and pay by pay pal. and so on ....

need logo, website should register in all search engines ,

first and last name as it appear on their driver license .

address,province ,city. poster code , phone number .date of birth ..and driver license # ...
