Hi, I went through your requirements and although they do give an idea in terms of what features you are expecting, I believe it's best to document the requirements well first up and then create prototypes to find any issues with the idea and improve where necessary. This also means that there is no confusion in terms of requirements. We can do so first up for you if you are interested and take it from there. One more suggestion i would like to make here is that if this is a client facing web application which intends to attract users then it's best to bring in some of the newer technologies in to improve on the basic premise. Like AI can be used to significantly make the application smarter. You already have the test and other screening modules which would benefit a lot by that. Candidate screening is another area. As you can see from our profile we have been in the business for over 15 years and worked on hundreds of projects here alone. Also, we already have experience of working on job portal.
