Partially bespoke website build required

I have designed a website layout and I need someone to bring it to life as a working website. Most of the site is pretty standard but the home page has non conformed button interface that may need coding. I have attached 3 pictures to demonstrate. The middle circle is the title and the surrounding images are each buttons that will expand the page to open a video and text box on the same page. Ideally, there are 3 of these 'button clusters' that will be on a carousel or navigated with a left and right button. Visuals have been attached for reference. Assuming the page just described is counted as 1 page, in total, the site is to be 7 pages including a landing page. All pages bar the landing and portfolio pages are also attached for reference. We are currently hosted on squarespace and would look to stay there if possible. What we need is someone to build this site and ideally have it ready to go for end of Jan to Mid Feb time. We can provide all imagery to specification and would require some guidance if you are awarded the project so we can provide you exactly what you need. The site of course needs to be responsive and we understand this may mean an alternative design for smart devices to the home page if functionality is compromised - tbd. we should be able to amend and update the site form our end. we would like to keep it hosted on squarespace if possible We would like to see examples of previous sites containing bespoke elements, your buyout quote for the project and your timeline.
