PHP: change the way a Fiverrscript works & add a new payment gateweway

Hi. I expect to get someone who knows Fiverrscript (PHP) already. The change I want to make to this script is simple (basically is to take all the complexity away). See my requirements below. Basic I want 3 changes only: TOP 1 change: Insert New payment gatweay TODAY: the site accepts only payments through Paypal TOMORROW: the sites needs to continue accepting payments through Paypal + adding the functionality to accept also payments through "PagSeguro" ([login to view URL]), a Brazilian payment gateway. I believe this integration is easy because in their site they already give the PHP code for integration. TOP 2 change: TODAY: anyone can come into the site, register for free and post their advert/service for free. If anybody buys anything, the site gets a 20% commission. Everything that is sold, I have to pay the seller and collect the money from the buyer (it means, I am the middle man). TOMORROW: I no longer want to be the middle man. So the change in the code is: anyone who come into the site, register and pay an annual subscription fee and then the person is allowed to post as many ads as they want and exchange as much information as they want inside the site. Who is on the site continue to receive the first year free of charge. If subscription is not renewed, the services will not get disabled - however the owner of the ads will not be able to login until they renew their fee. So sellers and buyers can interact freely, without me being the middle man. TOP 3 (Bug Fixes): TODAY: when someone clicks on the user name, their profile is not displayed. This is a php bug that I could not find it / fix it. TOMORROW: when someone clicks on the user name, they profile should be properly displayed with their jobs (example of this in any other Fiverrscript, or Fiverr or Fivesquids sites) Please ping me if you have any doubt. I do not think the above is difficult. My Maximum budget for the whole work is £150. If you bid below this I will short list you for an interview.
