Simple customer Booking / Order Booking Portal

Order Booking Website It is very small and simple project. We want to have PHP + MYSQL website for booking / saving customer record. You may create this portal on core PHP or you may use any CMS. Regarding the Portal Design, Please use neat and clean designing using css/ajax. - Main page will ask username and password to login in Portal. After Logged in, Page 1: Booking - Form will save customer data and upon submission it will be save in database and it will give option to print out on specific format. (Output/Print Format is attached) Page 2: Manage Booking with Advance Search Manage Booking option will provide facility to EDIT submitted form. It will show all submitted forms in Table , Table will display Important information only such as, Submitted Date, Name , Country , Tracking Number, Amount This page have option to display records per page like 20, 50, 100, 200 This page display records page wise. Regarding the Tracking number, First we will submit form/customer details without tracking number, later on after 2 days we will edit this customer record and will type its tracking number manually. Customer Profile record will save in separate table and other buying details will save in separate table. So same customer could book/buy again and again. Advance Search Advance search will give us facility to search anything using defined option. For example we will be able to search customer from his name, from country, from tracking number, from phone number , from email address ....etc Page 3: Add Users Add more users means adding more admins to access this portal. Page 4: Manage Users Page will display ALL users, with option (EDIT) so when we will click on it so we will be able to edit particular admin details such as username, password ..etc Page 5: Add Customer We can add customer profiles. Page 6: Edit Customer We can Edit customer profiles. Page 7: Change Password This page allow admin to edit/change his or any customer/user password.
