small space office/guest room deisgn

I need a layout for a room that is 14'L x 12 W that needs to be an office space/guest room/lounge we would like the best usable space that would allow a couple to sleep in the room but could be an office for my husband and have seating when the "boys" want to watch tv. we are looking for a cool hip design as we are urban dwellers but a bit more sophisticated than a millennium. Note: we are 49yrs old with a 4 year old. requirements. sleeping space file cabinet desk for a lap top desk must face the tc (my husband has a thing ab out his back to the door or a window) yes Need help :-) BTW we are willing to make the closet door a barn door to maximize usable space. also my husband uses a laptop so the "desk area does not have to be wide like 23" or so works
