Web site with recommendation engine

Hello Suraj I want to create a website for Aquarium Hobbyists. The website should have an interactive backend where they can customise an aquarium based on a predefined flow. The intelligent system should first take some inputs based on which the recommendation engine should give options for selecting different brands and set of products and then add to the cart. I would like to know if this would be possible by you. And what would be an approx cost and delivery timelines. I do not need the ecommerce part of it.
