Background Information • Family is seeking a website for its 2019 – 50th Anniversary – Family Reunion in Memphis, Tennessee. The website is used by family members across the country as an information site pertaining to the 3 day event in June, 2019. Target Audience o The target audience of the website are family members from across the country. They will visit the website to:  Gain information pertaining to the 3 day event.  Download pdf family letter and form from site.  Get updates on what’s happening in the family.  It is our goal that we reach other family members thru this method. Content • Website will have the following pages: o Home  Event Countdown to June, 2019  Five pictures of family events  Content of Family Letter addressing next Reunion  Information regarding the Hosts o Events  This will be a calendar of future reunion dates and locations • 2019 Reunion – June, 2019 in Memphis, Tennessee • 2020 Reunion – June, 2020 in Kansas City, Missouri • 2021 Reunion – June, 2021 in Chicago, Illinois • 2022 Reunion – June, 2022 in St Louis, Missouri • 2023 Reunion – June, 2023 in Maryland • 2024 Reunion – June, 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia • 2025 Reunion – June, 2025 in Gary, Indiana • 2026 Reunion – June, 2026 in Arkansas o Family History (direct link to [login to view URL]) o Memorial Page that will list the Name and Obituary of our deceased family members.
