Workers Site Edit Premiumpress theme

Prefer a developer familiar with premium press themes Will be using this theme- [login to view URL] I want to build a website where workers example babysiters can create a profile and get reviewed by employers in order for employers to review they create a profile to leave a review the workers would pay for membership every 3 month, 6 month or yearly in order to stay visible on the site employers can search for workers based on location and job categories and workers can get to display their skills and qualifications on their profile along with their hourly rate Workers with address verification have a tick under verification so there would be a field for qualification, skills,etc I was thinking we could start by customizing the dating site theme above Design part- you can start from theme above? Development- Not much needed use the login system of premium press, use the profile design of premium press just some modifications needed for workers as employers only function would be to leave a review.
