Write an iPhone, IPad, Android application

Would like to create an ios and android app for over speeding. Fine and speeding limit. In the menu item user can choose the following: a. 3D car customization- 1. user can select the car model, car type 2. user can upload car and have the option to customized its colors, rims, wheels, mags mufflers etch. b. Car Care Tips. 1. users can watch care care tips (can be embed youtube videos on car care) c. Over Speeding 1. The users can choose the country where he is driving. 2. GPS for that specific city or road is activated, 3. Speed alarm can be set by the user ex. +10 or -10 of the actual speed limit 4. Drivers can actually see the traffic ahead and the app can recommend an alternative route to free himself to a heavy traffic ahead. 5. Drivers can actually send message to each other by looking at the username provided to determine its gender. 6. All details are highly confidential and the winning bidder will sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect both parties interest. 7. The App should be published by the developer into my account on appstore. Since i don't have account on google app, the winning developer should create one for me and guide me all the way. Rest of the details will be given to the winning bidder.
