My name is Jessica, I'm a new freelancer that offers over 12 years of face to face and over the phone customer service experience, as well as 4+ years of Assistant Manager experience in a fast paced call center environment.
I speak/write in English and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. I have worked with tons of US & International based customers in all areas of the world (US, NZ, AU, CANADA, NM). It just so happens happens that I also have previous experience handling OPTUS and Ad Hoc complaints. Although I am in the US, I am aware of the time difference as well as the fact that the regulations industry is strict and expects all complaints to be handled usually within 24-48 hours of it being registered.
((QUESTIONS))
1) About how many hours of work or number of complaints per week should be expected?
2) What type of complaints would I be handling - returns, refunds, product issues...?
