Rewrite software for Home Automation - EIB/KNX (Gira Server)

Hi my name is Antonio. I’m an engineer with experience in programming EIB/ KNX software for home automation. I have developed projects were KNX was required to control almost everything in a house, from turning the pool water pump, exterior and interior lightning using push buttons and movements sensors with timers. In parallel, under request, I coded the lightning system with an emergency mode, to turn on all the lights by pressing a button and to turn all lights off when the person was leaving the house. Based on the Gira server and the installation, you will be able to control you house from your phone in just 2 steps and receive notifications in case something unexpected happens. Also have the skills to design and modify the hardware system in case you are interested, by adding cameras, A/C thermostats, smoke detectors, electric windows shades motors and curtains to the network. Most important part of my proposal is I live in the same city, I’ll be able to code and test the functionality in person. Moreover, in case you like to do more modifications, I’ll be 20 mins away. Good morning, I have never programmed ETS before, but as an Industrial Engineer with coding experience in other popular programming languages, I will be able to understand ETS. Before proceeding, I would like to know more about the size of the project, how many nodes, and any other details and nuances needed to complete successfully the project on schedule. Sounds like you already have a detailed plan in mind, which is great, as this would allow me to complete the project and you will be happy about the result. But, please let me know a few more details: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- * How many nodes (more or less) are we talking about, is it a small appartment or a big villa? * Also, the server is already installed and configured and updated and ready to be programmed based on your wishes or is anything of that missing? * Is everything configured already to program the basics already remotely (server, firewall, router, ... )? As it seems that the project is in Marbella, Details and Quality check and Tests could be done of course then locally. Thanks already for your invitation to that project.
