Redesign HTML Email template to responsive design

We have a fixed width email template with header and footer image which we want re-designed to suit the style of our website. The design must have consideration for responsive design so that it works in all common email clients – including webmail and mobile email. Our email template uses a number of HTML snippets according to the email that we send from our web application. All these snippets will need updating to embrace the new design – unless the new template can utilise them as they are. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to create responsive HTML email templates and send examples of some which you have previously completed. You must also have quality design skills and be able to demonstrate images that you have previously manipulated for email design. All images created must be optimised for web / email delivery. With your bid we require an example of a previously completed responsive HTML email template and associated images. Please do not bid unless you can demonstrate the above skills and have in – depth knowledge of responsive designs in HTML. We will provide the existing template files and associated code snippets when the project is awarded. With your bid please confirm what development environment you will develop the code in, and how you will test the template for cross-browser compatibility.
