I need a website which: * Provides authentication and authorisation for 2 roles; admin and user * Allows admis to create new users * Allows admins to upload a CSV file with a specific format * Allows users to login (no registration) * Allows users to view the CSV data formatted in an HTML page * Exposes a single HTTP endpoint which will receive data POSTed to it from another web application * Allows users to view the data received via the POST above. I have no preference for what technology is used, except that it should be able to run on AWS Ubuntu instances and use either Postgres or MySQL for persistence. It doesn't have to have any design considerations - the functionality is what i need, not the look. This should be a very quick project for someone and i'm looking for a company or individual who can do more work for me in future as i don't have the time to accomodate all the requests i'm getting.
