I'm looking for someone to design and build a OpenCart ecommerce site, the site will be selling product keys for online games and business software, I require a complete design and for it then to be coded on to OpenCart, site must work well on desktops,mobiles and tablets, and must be SEO friendly, As part of the project I'm also expecting the design to be carried out without guidance which will require you to submit (a very rough) template of how you plan to have the site look, every aspect of the site must be finished to a high standard by yourselves (right down to the terms and conditions pages).

Hi I have read that you want to build an ecommerce to sell online games and business software. Both are different types of product. But i wanna know why do you wanna use opencart , wordpress is the lastest. It has woocommerce and many more. If you build your website in custom php it would be best.
