Add drag and drop functions to simple web page

I have a simple web page with a list of folders in the left side and some photos on the right side. The page has markup and a reference to MiniCSS and that's all. As part of this project, I will add a reference to an external CSS and Javascript file which you control during development. You can instruct me to change the mark-up if needed. I will be able to change the mark-up within 24 hours. I also have a simple REST based API to do the following actions: - RenameFolder - MoveFile - DeleteFile - DeleteFolder Your task is to implement the functions above on the page using CSS and javascript. Here is the list of specific tasks: 1. Move folder into a different folder by dragging the folder on top of another folder. This results in a "RenameFolder" call. 2. Move folder back to root level by dragging it out and not dropping it on another folder. This also results in a "RenameFolder" call 3. Actually change the name of a folder. Do this by clicking an icon next to the folder. 4. Delete a folder by clicking on an icon next to the folder. Show an alert to confirm deletion. Note, deleting a folder requires all files in the folder to be deleted. 5. Select one or more photos the same way as OneDrive (drag rectangle or select radio button style input in an overlay of the photo). 6. Select all photos with CTRL+A 7. For the selected photos, delete (call the API to delete each photo) 8. For the selected photos, drag them to another folder. 9. Re-style the folder list so seems intuitive to drag and drop the folders Non functional requirements: - It is important that it performs well, also in older computers. It is more important that it is fast than it looks good. So keep the layout simple. - If you want to include third party libraries (such as underscore or jquery) then you need to get that approved when you bid. This is also to ensure small footprint and fast performance. - You only have to target modern browsers such as latest versions of Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I am looking for someone for whom this task is very easy and who has done custom drag and drop functionality on web pages before.
