Cancer Clinical Trial Finder

I have worked on statistical analysis of clinical trials and some on creating websites. This website will allow a health professional to use a few simple criteria to select a few clinical trials out of the 52 that are available here now that might be appropriate for a patient. At the beginning there will be a few pages that open the website and describe its purpose, and how to use the website to select trials that might be appropriate for a patient. Many of these pages are written presently msWord (*.docx), but my intent is to convert them into HTML pages and upload them to a Server. I am not sure what the best way to do the translation. It may be easiest just to use the msWord to save the pages as html. [Do you have advice?] There may be some links that are may be best done with some assistance from javascript, such as “go back to last page”. Of course, for some things if the usual order to use the pages is and you could have simple html commands take you forwards and backwards. I would like this code to work both on Macs, Windows, and other machines so if using javascript makes this very complex, then I do not want to use it. [Do you have advice?] There are some other things that may require something other than the simplest html code. For I would like to print some of the pages. For example the SABCT pages. I would be nice to have a print button on them [Do you have advice?] The planned way to get to a clinical trial is to use the Table 1 page. This shows a grid the uses 4 criteria to separate the clinical trials by their characteristics. There may be 1-12 trials listed in each grid box. This grid was constructed in msWord. The grid uses Extent of Disease, Hormone Receptor Status, Her2 Status, and Physician Group. Important pages are the SABCT pages. These pages have information about clinical trials. The SABCT pages have hyperlinks to the NationalCancerTrials web sites for the pages about the trials. These the NCT pages are on the web. The NCT pages have their web addresses on the SABCT pages. I have included a SABCT page (it has the links to the NCT page, and the Table 1 page. All in all, much of this not too complex, but I would like to get some help so I can get a running version by mid week. I need to be the basic navigation running in a few days. Getting the SABCT pages working with Table 1 is my immediate goal.
