Create interface for users to edit their profile for CIM in authorize.net

We are currently using API to interface with [login to view URL] CIM system so that when user makes their first payment we create the profile through the api and then when the second month of their subscription happens - we use an API to process that months charge through the CIM system in authorize.net. We can't use the normal subscription system because we have different amounts each month. We now need someone to create an interface so that our users can log in and change their information (card number, or expiration date, etc.) through the CIM system in authorize.net. The program will be in ASP Classic pages with interaction with MS SQL database for the user id numbers. A copy of the current code that interacts with the CIM system in [login to view URL] will be available for winning programmer.
