We have a Laravel based Wallet script, that was installed for the purpose of storing invoices and receipts. We require the development of an API to perform email parsing. The objective is to store the transaction details of an invoice or receipt into our database, everytime we receive an invoice or receipt by email. How It Works 1) A vendor sends a receipt/invoice to our email. for example sent to accounting@[login to view URL] 2) The API scans the email based on either the vendor name or vendor id, and utilizes a template to gather the information from the receipt, to be saved into the database. 3) Once saved to the db, create a user interface in Laravel that will enable our users to manage the receipts / invoices including downloading, email, and creating groups or lists to organize the documents. The application must be able to function whether the email is sent directly to the servers or forwarded. For example, if a customer purchases a product and they sent the receipt to customername@[login to view URL], the system will work equally the same as when the customer sends the receipt to customername@[login to view URL] and then forwards it to customername@[login to view URL] The application should be able to determine based on searching for specific items from the vendor email. Please provide a quote for the initial development of the API and then the first five templates. The way this project will work is that we will have to create a specific template for the fields for each vendor email, so the script can map the fields accordingly. So this means this will be an ongoing project and we expect to build approximately 1000+ templates With your bid, please provide the cost per every 10 templates after the initial build.
