Fix HTML email template. Formatting and other help.

Please do not bid if you will not test before sending a file as complete. Testing is the most important. I'm frustrated and need someone to help. I need it to show correctly in different browsers and mobile devices and I need assitance with the formatting and some other changes to it. Some text is too small and for some reason does not show correct to me. The person who did it says and sends me what they see and it is perfect. I want it to look perfect in portrait and landscape modes too. It seems when I view it on my PC, Android mobile and an Iphone I am the only one to see it showing incorrectly. The word commissions is not spelled right in the bullet list. There are numbers at the bottom of the design See my uploaded photos of how it shows to me and the formatting. There may be a few other minor changes as well. The files are some examples of what I see. I have uploaded the original image file that the HTML was to be made from so you can see how it looks. Note, the HTML design has some things the image file does not. The HTML template has text links and a few added items that are correct except for some text that is too small and one spelling mistake.
