Sharepoint 2013 with C# , Javascript and HTML Skillset

Need urgently a Sharepoint Developer with the skills mentioned for a project. He should be able to work via Team viewer as the project could not be deployed over as it is tied with different systems in the background with the client infrastructure. There are certain small tasks that can be completed within less time. so wanted an expert with sharepoint development and C# Programming. Some of the tasks are related to Custom Content Types deployed in the farm which needs to be updated with some more required change requests from the client like setting a managed metadata field in the form to Required field, Activation of the features on the site level, etc. And all this has to be progammatically updated as when we deploy the solution again. it should be reflected. So i need who has a good amount of experience in Content types, managed metadata and sharepoint C# programming. Please bid accoridng to the budget as if the work is good enough a bonus will be made after the completion of the tasks. And make sure i would like to hire someone for long term as in future there will be some tasks coming up in the SharePoint domain.
