Need a freelance Recruitment Consultant based in either of the regions of USA, Australia, Europe to conduct comprehensive interviews in English language for minimum 40 minutes and for maximum 60 minutes each. The target audience will be senior Team Leaders of a Not for Profit organization. Interviews will be conducted over virtual platform for :- # Understanding and recording the roles their responsibilities and associated routine & key activities etc. Minimum 10 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to ' Not for Profit' will be an ideal fit.
