I need a calculator for a Point Factors job evaluation to use internally in our Company. We created a good one but I am not sure how the company size impact the total points. If you have a calculator that is great otherwise at least I am interested in understanding how Hay system take that company size into consideration. For example if we evaluate a Finance manager in small, mid and large companies the point should be different as the size is bigger. Please only bid if you fully understand Hay system or other job evaluation systems.
