Create Video Tutorial for classic Hello World iPad app written in Swift

I'm looking for someone to create video tutorial showing how to get started programming with Swift. Something along the lines of a classic "Hello, World!" app for iPhone or iPad would be fine. Click a button and a popup with "Hello, world!" shows. You should be a native english speaker or have exceptional verbal english skills. You should know how to capture high-quality screen capture of code & text. Deliverables: The video to be displayed on youtube as well as our own website. Screen shots of some of the key points. Text description of what is being said in the video, and code so that people can copy and paste if they need to. If possible, I'd like to work with someone who can create more advanced tutorials in the near future.
