Make me A character sheet (Fantasy Art) (Concept Art)

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION

Working on a web comic!. Looking for an artist that can draw fantasy animals like dragons, fairies and things of that nature. Need a couple of drawings done but the following is what I need at the moment.

Ok so the character name is Zek.

He was responsible for a house fire that killed both his parents. After a few months on the street, Ken took him in and cared for him, a Battalion that trains goblins with gifts to protect the homeland. At a young age, he mastered the bow and the art of stealth, making him an asset to the battalion. However, he's insecure about the scars that he bore from the house fire and haunted by that very event. He usually put up a joyous attitude to hide his emotions and guilt. Because of that, it's difficult for him to open up to anyone.

Appearance:

Hight around 5ft 5in

Species: goblin

Occupation: Archer for the Ken Battalion

Age: 17 years old

Extras: He wears light clothing for mobility. (I'll send references for clothing)

His bow is made of a precious red metal that has immense durability that can withstand high impact collisions.
