Social Media iPhone Application

Dear Freelancers, I am searching for a iPhone developer who has a proven track record of creating high quality, popular, highly functional and contemporary iPhone applications. This person must be able to show me examples of past work and have a strong feedback rating. Ideally this person would be someone who has been involved in a successful iPhone application (Top Charts etc) in the past and has the knowledge and ability to program something that appeals to the wider public. Essentially the application is a social networking site with a twist. Without giving too much away, users will log in through Facebook (or through a profile they create), they will be able to comment other users walls & a tally of how many comments are sent and received will be needed (hence the CMS). I have taken the idea to a large development company in Australia who only take on high quality application ideas and they want to create the application due to it's ability to be sold later on down the track. I currently have all screen designs and a scoping document from the company for the successful programmer to work with. The reason why I have come here is to find a professional who is interested in building what could be 'the next big thing' as if the idea was their own, who takes pride in their work, who will not rip me off and who is a strong communicator. Additionally, it would be great if this person had the knowledge of, or the contacts to, make this application go viral or become highly marketable.
