Hi, I'm looking to hire a FB Ads Expert. I'm myself running my FB Ads at the moment for the past 5 years, spending multiple 6 figures per year profitably. I now need someone with the ability to create my campaigns and monitor them effectively. I'm not looking for someone who is just starting out. We will work as a team and most of the campaign planning will be done by me, your task will be to execute on the Campaign planning. I need someone who can read the data, understand the early signs of success or failure of a campaign and act accordingly. (I will overview this stage but I want you to be able to show me what AdSet or Ad we have to be looking in term of Good/Bad early indicator) This is an Ongoing project and I have multiple businesses / Multiple Ads Accounts that will need to be handle.
