I have been setting appointments for sales people for the last 11 years. Working as a salesperson I understand what a qualified appointment looks like. I understand that all decision makers need to be present, that a clear expectation needs to be set, I understand how to get past gate keepers.
I understand this is a performance based position. On average I am able to set 1-2 appointments an hour.

In the past I've found that a base + performance is the best agreement for both short and long term success.
I would offer 5 different options to start, I am flexible and of course would guarantee a minimum number of appointments each week agreed upon by both parties.
OPTION 1 $10/hr + $50 per QUALIFIED appointment
OPTION 2 $15/hr + $25 per QUALIFIED appointment
OPTION 3 $80 per Qualified appointment
OPTION 4 $50 per Qualified appointment + $75 bonus on closed sale
OPTION 5 $20/hr flat (With a Guaranteed number of appointments each week)
